Do I have to get my car repaired where my insurance company suggests?

No. The law states that you can get your vehicle repaired at a shop of your choice as long as they are licensed.

How do I start my insurance claim?

You can start by calling the 1-800 numbers on your policy card and file a claim. Once a claim has been established we can take over and take care of everything from there. Ask us how to handle all your insurance claim needs.

What type of paint do we use?

We use Valspar and De Beer Refinish water base paint for most vehicles which is what most vehicle manufacturer’s use as factory paint. We mix and color match paint in our facility to ensure a better color match over other shops. We also use manufacturer recommended paints for exotic cars such as PPG.

Will the new paint match 100% to my old paint?

Paint will never match 100% due to weathered paint adjoining new one. That is why we always recommend blending the adjoining panels so that there is no texture or color discrepancy. Proper techniques are used to blend the new paint into the old paint. New paint needs to be buffed and polished along with the adjoining areas that were blended so that the gloss level matches, giving it a uniform appearance.
